This release is a small upgrade that should increase the performance of the models. I increased the level of bias field correction preprocessing that reduces the signal inhomogeneities across the field of view. This seems to reduce some hallucinations from the deep learning model. This is especially noticeable in the single-leg implementation, where the bias field correction was implemented completely wrong.
Check the dafne-models repository if you are interested in the changes.
The changes are already implemented in the models themselves, so they are available to any dafne version. I still recommend downloading the latest version because otherwise the incremental learning does not use the correct preprocessing.
As a bonus feature, the new UI includes an auto thresholding button that automatically clears areas outside the anatomy from the drawn ROIs.
